My merida e160 500 ebike charger cover I'm not sure what to do now as I have looked at the merida e160 500 parts and couldn't find anything on the merida store for my exact bike and I looked at ebay to find any but couldn't I need help and advice on what I should do or any websites that do sell the exact item to fix this problem. The bike also has 9 months warranty so I'm not sure if that will help if I can't find the part.

Difficult to see because the picture is blurred. But I cannot help you with a link anyway, so the only advice I can give is to ask your local dealer. They are sure to have one or be able to get one.

Hi Ethan.
I can’t help your situation but the charger door on the Trek Rail is pretty flimsy also. I’ve managed to keep it functioning but I did expect to install a new cover.

Contact Merida direct for help. If all efforts to get a replacement fail make your own cover using a piece of neoprene fixed to the frame with strips of hd adhesive velcro. Regardless of whether the charger cover on any bike I buy is OK or not I additional make a neoprene cover for it.

Did you look at the connection link I provided. The plug needs the communication connections, which only come with the Shimano plug.
Indeed I did have a look. Unfortunately you cannot really see what kind of connection it is due to the quality of the pictures provided If you can see enough to confirm that it is a Shimano plug with proprietary comm's, then that's good info. The point I was trying to make is, there is no port that can justify a $109.00 price tag in my opinion. EG, that plug is listed on Amazon for $56.00. If Ethan has the ability to post some better pic's then it may be results in some more precise guidance.
