Rail (750Wh) How to remove Trek Rail rocker axle? (axle nut stripped)

This afternoon, when I was loading my Rail onto the car, the Rocker Axle Nut (30) fell onto the ground. It's stripped and the bolt has pulled through, I assume because it was loose while riding. I tried to remove the Rocker Axle (26) to check it over, but it spins in place. I've given it a decent tap to knock it through from the nut side, but it isn't budging, other than spinning with a hex key.

Is there some trick to removing it? I'm not sure what would be holding it in place. Maybe the Main Pivot Sleeve (27) or a Rocker Axle Spacer (28) is damaged and somehow holding it in. Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Do you know if its ever been out before? Most likely the bearings have corroded and this has spread to the axle. Order a new one then you can go full destruction mode if all else fails.....

No, it’s never been out and that sounds right. It must be corroded and stuck in the bearing. Thanks. It’s still under warranty so I’ll let Trek deal with it.
