I have this Ztto dropper lever, and it's pretty good. However, it rattles a bit, and the actuation could be smoother. Fortunately, both of these issues can be easily fixed, and I'll show you how.
First, you need to sand the top of the colored bottom cap (mine is grey):
You need to remove enough material so that these two parts don't touch:
Make sure that the lever is not installed when checking the gap. Use only the bottom cap, the bearing, and the upper part.
Next, you need to sand the bottom part of the lever so that it doesn't touch the colored bottom cap.
The main reason the lever is rattling is that the bearing isn't press-fitted inside, and can move freely. To fix this, you need to glue it inside. Apply a small drop of super glue inside the lever and insert the bearing inside, making sure to push it all the way in.
Be careful not to use too much glue, or you might glue the bearing shut.
Now, you can assemble the whole thing and give it a try. Mine was still rubbing in a couple of places. I sanded them down, as shown here:
Now, everything is as smooth as it can be, and the rattle is gone
