How Much for a Software update

I have just purchased a cube Kathmandu 750 2022
Took it to my bike store ( did not buy bike from here they were unable to get this bike for me )charged me £35 for the software to put the tour + on
which i thought was expensive

How much do you think would have been reasonable?

Seems expensive to me, I’ve never had to pay but have paid for other services at the same time. Takes 5 minutes so £20 max seems fairer
