Haha, you must be an unforgiving manThis might actually be a situation where the answer really is "just fit a OneUp 150mm post"...
@bikechiq can you share the model of saddle or a picture please? There are a few threads on shorter dropper seat posts but that might not be the issue Smallest Dropper for XS frame - EMTB Forums
It's still not low enough unfortunatelyYou could always just drop the post a wee bit till the saddle is at the right height.
OP has already done that.You could always just drop the post a wee bit till the saddle is at the right height.
I guess I was right...I've already lowered the dropper post as far as it can go
@bikeshiq you need a shorter dropper post.This might actually be a situation where the answer really is "just fit a OneUp 150mm post"...

@bikeshiq you need a shorter dropper post.
There's two ways to do that;
1. Get a post with less drop.
2. Get a more compact post with the same drop. OneUp make pretty good posts that are generally shorter than OE posts for a given drop.
What I meant was just press the lever and lower the post a bit, like you do on the trail. Or buy a new post.It's still not low enough unfortunately
