As the title says, I've tried to send a message on here, but get a message I can't send them a message.

Any idea's?

I think you put @Specialized Rider Care in the message. Not that I've ever done it. Have you tried a dealer?

Thats what I did and got a message saying something like 'You cannot message this member'.

It's because of the dealer I'm trying to contact Rider Care.

That's what I did, and I didn't get the message you describe.

You can "mention" them in a post like that, but we can't actually start a PM/converstaion with them. They have to contact us after a "mention".

Stop's them being spammed relentlessly I guess.

I would hope that when/if they see this thread, they would message me.

At this point, I don't want to go into what's happened, I just want to get things sorted.

Make it easy for them to choose you. They must have thousands of people pleading for their attention every day.
