I’m going to buy myself a new Hope 34T chainring for my bike but I noticed in the instructions that Hope recommend fitting a new ‘O’ ring in between the chainring and the retaining ring, is this another case of renewing the chain link each time the chain is broken and refitted or can the ‘O’ ring be reused, I’m not a tight wod but £9 for a friggin’O’ ring, come on, is this a piss take or what
