hope brake mounts HELP NEEDED

Evening all, I have sent my bike to the local Trek dealer for a service and my new hope brakes fitting they are the tech 3 V4. The shop has now stopped working on the bike as they have had to order in some "ADAPTORS" this could possibly be a lengthy process. Does the brakes require these as the bike has 203mm rotors already. It is a little confusing and I want to just get the bike back as it has been 2 weeks.

I've swapped my Hope V4's to 3 different bikes now , each time I've had to "ease" the adaptor a mm or so as the Hope caliper seems to sit a little lower than the Shimano/Sram calipers, 2 minute job with a 1/2 round file, may be worth pointing out to your LBS........ I'm sure the pukka Hope adaptors don't need modding, but it's not a big deal....
