I'm sorry, but I don't think anyone here will be able to help you without a lot more information. Did you buy it new? If so, then yes, go back to the shop or email the seller if you bought it on line.
I'm really only saying the same as Acousticmood did, I know, but I'm trying to be nice and welcoming, so hello.
If you can't go to where you bought it, do you have the manual? You could look up the error codes and what make of bike you have.
When you know what bike it is and what the error code is, then perhaps you could try again with the forum.
