I have waiting for a brand-new decide yt decoy 2020 out with new motor and battery ,anyone same is me?

I would guess that 2020 holds (100% pure speculation)

1. 220 mm front rotor
2. 700 wHR battery
3. Fox 38 fork at 170 mm (this one is the biggest speculation)
4. New color
5. USB plug

I can't imagine a motor change, however you never know.

I reckon it'll just be new colurways and some spec changes, hopefully the bigger battery option too.

I predict the Fox 38 will make an appearance in 2020 .. but not officially OEM until 2021.

My guess is that Fox will make a 38 in order to accommodate the longer travel air shaft options available from the 36 air spring (since the "E" bike stanchions are 2 mm thicker - Fox 36 E uses the 34 air spring currently inside which maxes the travel option to 160 mm)

Beg to differ. Support here in the US has been really great. No issues whatsoever.
As for the 2020 bikes, so expect them not to change too much. Way too much money placed into the existing frame design to waiver from the basic frame format. I would no expect the forks to go beyond the 35-36 mm current size Rock or Fox. Just look at most of the manufacturers who released 2020 bikes for a clue as to the Decoy 2020. In other words, expect a Shimano 8000 motor still, but you can bet on a 700 wh battery option. The battery integration was too costly to change over to a Bosch system. I would also expect the Shimano Range of SLX, XT drivetrains to be present. It will be an average improvement / nice evolution.

your Email just means no 2019 models are available after YT sell out of held stock. and those will be replaced by the 2020 models. It doesn't suggest an actual new design of any sort.

We can only tell you that the USA has been very, very terrific. I put a Shimano 12 speed XT drivetrain on my Base Decoy, and I discovered I needed a new hanger. They sent one out without questions. They bent over backwards and believe me, they had it all finalized and shipped within one day. Also, my brother bought a Capra limited edition and he discovered a warped rotor. They replaced it, and promptly. Again, super support. Not sure why the UK is different.

As for the 2020, wonder if they'll have the Shimano e9000 on the bike. Have read it will take the same space as the e8000? That makes total sense and if it does, then expect the e9000 on the new bikes.
