Hi folks,
Stefan, 41, from (Upper) Austria here.
Background:
- BMX since childhood (basically adicted to everything on two wheels since then)
- MTB from the age of around 12
- First "real" MTB (GT Zaskar individual build) at 16 - thanks Dad
- Been racing Dual, 4x and Downhill for some years
- Currently on a Stumpjumper Comp
- Was a little lazy on MTB pre pandemic, mostly was involved in riding my KTM 690 SMCR and 1290 Super Duke
- Since 2020 back in the saddle, got my old 4x racebike (GT Lopes) updated and fit for pumptrack and started riding trails lots more
- As I only ride uphill to enjoy the downhill I was initially looking into a Spesh Levo Comp Carbon for next season, but a few days ago the Trek Fuel EX-e cought my attention. Currently doing lots of research on that bike as I might get myself a 9.8 XT. Gonna need the boost, my GF smashed me on the uphills last year in Hinterglemm
That's my story, happy to be here!
