HI all, newb eMTB rider here.. got a battery ??

So I just picked up a fairly nice 2019 Trance e+1 Pro and I'm wondering what the typical life for these batteries are? I have no way of knowing what the battery condition is at this time because the RideControl app won't update properly and the controller is saying it needs some update for it to work.
I'm also wondering where one could buy a new battery for these in the US, seems when I do searches online all the places are offshore and I don't feel like paying those shipping costs along with the crazy high prices. I'd like to upgrade from the 500wh to the 625, are there some places in the US besides going to the dealer these can be bought?

I ordered my 800wh from the Canadian Giant site and I had it in 4 days. Not sure you'll find discounts anywhere.

The range extender battery is not compatable with the 2019 bikes!
Any Giant dealer should be able to update your software on their computer.

Dus ik heb net een redelijk mooie Trance e+1 Pro uit 2019 gekocht en ik vraag me af wat de typische levensduur van deze batterijen is? Ik kan op dit moment niet weten wat de toestand van de batterij is, omdat de RideControl-app niet correct wordt bijgewerkt en de controller zegt dat er een update nodig is om te werken.
Ik vraag me ook af waar je hiervoor in de VS een nieuwe batterij zou kunnen kopen, het lijkt erop dat als ik online zoek, alle plaatsen offshore zijn en ik geen zin heb om die verzendkosten te betalen samen met de waanzinnig hoge prijzen. Ik zou graag willen upgraden van de 500wh naar de 625, zijn er andere plaatsen in de VS waar deze behalve naar de dealer kunnen worden gekocht?

Yea that's a pretty good price though I've no clue what shipping costs from Netherlands to US, I'll let you know, thanks.
