I have the exact same rack and the exact same bike in large and my rack fit just fine, I have my levo on the outside and the other way around compared to yours.

One thing I do with my Kenevo, is turn the bars/front wheel through 180 degrees to shorten the wheelbase...it helps the wheels fit into the straps then and the bike isn’t sticking out as much at the back of the car ?

Hi guys,

Has anyone used the Thule tow bar rack with a carbon framed bike (specifically 2019 levo)?

If you did... Did you use the frame protector as well?

Hi,

yep. Cube hybrid carbon frame. Did ask local dealer about that question, and he reported that himself don't use the protector.

But there are some issues with it. The arm doesn't clamp very nicely in the carbon frame (1), when using it wiht more than one bike and it can get out-of-place in bumps as I don't want to tight it very hard. So now I use a velco strap to ensure that the arm clamp doesn't come off.

(1) A bit disappointed about the Thule design of the arms as they don't work very well with some types of frames and/or bikes. Being a reference brand I think they could come out with a better general design.
