Hi guys just Received my new bike today gave it a quick go on the driveway ,you can feel the pedal assist for about five seconds and then it switches off and you get two red lights flashing on the junction box.
Anybody else had this problem?

The Rise bluepaper says this on page 24: https://www.orbea.com/downloads/products/RISE_2021_BLUEPAPER_EN-ES-FR-DE-ITa.pdf

When an error is detected in the system, both LED on the EW-EN100 junction will blink in red. Turn the bicycle Off and On again and connect it to the Shimano Etube Project app. The error code and the troubleshooting procedure will be shown on the section Maintenance>Error Log.

I’ve done maintenance check using the E tube app and it’s come back with these two faults says bike needs to go back to the supplier to be sorted ☹️ Not even had a chance to bloody ride it yet

Just checked rear rotor which was upgraded to a 203mm looks like it’s not a rotor which comes with a magnet so a non ebike rotor?‍♂️

No rotor comes with a magnet that I’m aware of. You simply use the stock magnet when installing the new rotor.

Switch the bike off and on again and connect it to the Shimano E-tube Project app. The error code and troubleshooting procedure will be shown under Maintenance> Error Log. Check the Maintenance. For safety, you can get yourself a tremendous rear light for your bike with an amount. This is an essential accessory that increases the security of riding your bike. If you don't have one, you are taking a significant risk. It won't shine like a plug in night light. The driver may not have time to react to the cyclist in front of you if he notices him too late. If all else fails, it's a good idea to go to a service station and find out what's wrong.
