I’ve used shimano 11spd long cage XTR Rd with a shimano 12spd shifter , on an Sram 10-52 cassette , setup was a bit fiddly but it did work.

Wolf Tooth sells a "Goat Link 11" adapter that's meant to help with this kind of thing, but 10-50 is outside of its design range: GoatLink 11

You could also try a Garbaruk cage, which is supposedly good for 11-50 setups, so that's a lot closer:

I've used the Goat Link 11, but never on a cassette that large. No experience with the Garbaruk cage, though I've been happy with their chainrings.
