Welcome. You have a lot of great trail by you and close to Moab. I live by Vail and just rode a few days ago in Fruita. Snow on some trails but mostly frozen. So much fun on ebike. couldnt ride thru the snow on regular mtb.

How much of the western slope is open to e-bikes? Just the moto trails?

How much of the western slope is open to e-bikes? Just the moto trails?

Yeah motorcycle trails on national forest land. A lot more open on BLM land. Some trails are open at some of the ski hills to allow the ski areas to rent bikes out in the summer.

i have never had a problem with riding my ebike on non ebike trails. sometimes you have too if you want to ride. No more damage to trail on ebike.

Of course they don’t cause more trail damage and it’s all political but I don’t want to have conflict out on the trail. Luckily, many of my favorite trails are ebike friendly on the Front Range.
