Moving to this beautiful, but incredibly hilly area from ultra flat Cambridgeshire has kept me off the road bike for the last six months. After a trip to Tignes (France) bike park doing amazing uplifted downhill riding, I was looking for a local bike park around here. Plenty of them, but uplifts are rare, so started to think about an E MTB. Have riden the Levo and the Focus Jam2 6.8 and the Merida 160 800. I have had a ball!

The Merida and the Jam feel best for me, and Rutland have amazing deals on Focus right now, so that’s the choice.

Does anyone have an unused TEC pack they would like to sell to me?

It does, great fun at Hopton Castle /Woods Mountain Bike Trail! Championship racing this weekend.
