Not really.. when executing a power wheelie you're chasing the wheel as the bike is accelerating. An Ebike increases that tendency so you'll actually spin out earlier. plus most Ebikes reduce the power assistance between 100-120rpm and cut out completely at the assistance speed limit so as you begin to spin out power will drop and so will your front wheel.For a person who “power wheelies” not really up to the balance point an eMTB probably helps.
Power wheelies/chasing the wheel wouldn't really be considered as wheelying properly anyway.
