Hard to get battery bolt in frame

anyone have a bad fitting battery and Bolt ? I have been trying to get mine sorted for the last 2 months you can get it in but you have to use a tool on the bolt as it doesn't line up

have you tried swapping batteries to determine if its the battery or the bike thats out of line?
I had the same problem but mine was crossed cable, there very little clearance once the battery is in place, its important the the cables lay next to each other and dont cross, including the space above the battery
Oh and check the bottle cage bolts, I have seen a bolt put in that was too long and it dug into the battery.

Looks the same as my Sons. my battery fits fine in his one,

It appears the battery guide goes directly into the frame without intermediate part, is this correct?

Check your cables that run behind the battery mine was the same found a brake cable out of the clip getting caught behind the battery. Clipped back in battery lines up perfectly now.
