Guys and Gals, with all the foot traffic on the local trails over the winter, the trails are like roads at the moment, smooth, hard and really really fast. If ever you want to set a few PB's now's the time to do it.

We went through that stage a couple of weeks back, now they are flat and smooth and ever so fast.

Did an analogue run last night on our old pub run with a group and averaged 18kph over 2 hours with 350m of climb. We normally average 16 or 17kph but PB's virtually all along the route.

Not interested in setting any kind of " PB's"..but my "local" trails have been ( in the main)..dry & dusty for weeks now ..and even if they weren't I ride all year whatever the weather ..
Have you just come out of hibernation then ? ?

You know this is an international forum? :ROFLMAO: . Local to what?
Sorry I’ll be more precise, Buckinghamshire, England, United Kingdom, Europe, Northern Hemisphere, Earth.

Ha, those dry dusty trails were pocked marked corrugated trails designed to test your suspension settings a few weeks back, now they have filled in and are lovely. Hodge if you are still riding dust bowls then you need to look outside of your one computer generated trail that you follow each ride and find the real trails where few go ?
