GoPro hero 8 mountain on a smith mainline?

Okay so recently I’ve bought a Smith mainline helmet and recently decided to buy a gopro hero 8 but Smith customer support is really poor to the point of being non-existence which is the first time I’ve ever experienced anything like it!

So could anybody recommend a suitable mounting kit at all for this helmet or am I better off selling and getting something else? I don’t want one of these on top of the head things, just under the visor or to the side will do, cheers

Smith's are normally good with their responses, though I think they're probably a bit Covid Slow at the moment ..

You had some suggestions in your thread of the same the other day didn’t you?
Before you spend a bundle of cash on a helmet mount I’d ask yourself how many of your rides you actually plan on recording... I’d go for a cheap Amazon chest mount if I were you.
