GoPro Arm mount

GoPro mounting: I have tried a helmet mount, I have tried attaching it to my rucksack shoulder strap and a chest mount is just too much trouble but I think that the best place (for me) to mount my GoPro would be on my upper arm. Can I find anything that will do the trick? You'd think it would be a no-brainer but there is nothing. GoPro do a rather dodgy wrist strap but many reviews say that it is flimsy and really not big enough to go round an average bare wrist, let alone someone wearing a coat and gloves in the winter and is certainly no good for a bicep.

Anyone come across a velcro banded or elasticated mount for the upper arm?

Was your helmet mount on top or attached to a chin bar? I've seen a bunch of ride videos taken with a chin bar mount and that angle looks pretty good.

Don't have a chin bar, I'm not a mad down-hiller, just a trail and country roads rider. The camera is more for evidence in the event of an incident than capturing my crashing exploits

Oh gotcha. I'm not either. I found a Bell chinbar on Ebay for a super cheap price and bought for the times I might get brave.
