Giant Reign E+1 losing power today

My 2022 Reign E+1 ( Giant Syncdrive pro 2 ) Seems to have lost power / torque today - I thought i was just unfit after many weeks off bike but got a mate to ride my bike and he agreed - NOT RIGHT.
We did a speed test next to his merida E160 ( Shimano ) and it seems like my motor is cutting power at 20km/Hr rather than the usual 25km/Hr.
Anyone else had this issue? Bike has not been altered in any way ( had a new frame nder warranty )but have ridden many times since then and it has been working fine.

I've seen this issue mentioned on google search - surely someone has had the same experience?

I reported a few weeks ago on here I've lost all power on reign e+3 my22. Bike was in at giant yesterday and mine has water ingress to a sensor. Waiting on a sensor and loom now
