Giant fathom e+2 2021

Hi could anybody help with a problem I have with my giant e+2, first of all my ride control one started playing up , next thing it will not come on atall, when the power button is pressed every light is flashing on th control when the on button is pressed, did buy a new ride control but the new one is doing the same just won’t switch on, battery is good and fully charged , did notice a quiet clicking noise from motor when I’m pressing the on button , any info or help will be appreciated thanks

If you load the Ride control app on the phone .
Do a diagnostic check on the three,systems and get green pass marks . If not then the one system that is not passed is your concern

Hi thanks for your reply, have tried that but the ride control will not connect to the app because the bike will not stay on to connect, it just flickers for the time I press the button if I hold the on button it flickers until I take my finger off every light on the control flashes then , it won’t stay on when I try , thanks

Try removing the battery from the bike and hold the power button for e.g. 15 seconds and try again. Also I had this problem and I had to time the connection with the App and click connect as soon as the lights blink. It took me a good few attempts but it eventually held the connection.

Been trying what you advised joriord1 but no joy been trying to connect but the ride control just keeps flashing, every light flashed when I try to press the power on , will keep trying thanks
