Hi all, I have a Giant Energypak 400 that won’t take charge. Charger doesn’t recognise it and bike won’t turn on.
Does anyone know of a BMS reset as such?

Many battery 'problems' are related to chargers. Firstly check the LED sequence on the Giant charger at start up, RED - GREEN - RED. If the charger detects zero volts or +42v it assumes there is no battery connected or the battery is full.
Measure the battery voltage and measure the charger voltage. Giant 4A chargers have an output fuse that can burn for the right reason and 6A chargers have both input and output fuses which do the same. Unfortunately, fuses are on the motherboard... funny that ?
If the charger is cactus check eBay (AU) for the aluminium variety with user replaceable fuses in both Giant 3 pin XLR and 5 pin versio
