Bought a hibike almtn 4 on Tuesday last, been onto shop waiting for it to arrive, phoned them at dinnertime asking when it would be coming, they told me there'd been a cockup at head office because id Bought separate pedals to go with the bike they'd halted delivering the bike but they'd now rectified the problem and the bike should be out for delivery. This teatime i missed a call but they left a message saying that it would now be the middle of next week before they'd get the bike, I'm beginning to wonder if they don't have the bike at their warehouse at all.

I think the entire bike market is in turmoil
Your not alone, I’m suffering with an in stock purchase too - now into fifth week after already cancelling a never arriving bike
frustrating and worrying process

They told me this morning the bike was at the warehouse with my name on it, but it doesn't take 5 days to deliver a bike so I'm starting to think the worst here.

If they are giving definitive dates I’d say it’s on its way.... you’ll know soon enough ??

there’s been a couple of cases amongst pals though lately who have ordered ‘in stock’ bikes for issues about system updates and admin errors that meant in stock wasn’t, deposits taken and longer waits for bikes happening.

there’s some great shops out there, some that are playing the game to keep the orders coming in....

it will take a few days to receive delivery. Unbox. Build and prep though....

plus I’m sure like all other lbs they are busy doing other stuff

They wouldn't tell you the bike had arrived, if it hadn't.
As that would get them into a world of trouble when they couldn't produce the bike.

Hope you're right, iv been looking around for months now. It just seems funny to me that they can't process an order and get the bike up here in a few days, anyway time will tell.

l wouldn't worry too much.

l've done 600 miles on my new Ebike and it's only the wheel rims that seem to get twatted by stones, l've touched up about a dozen paint chips on the rims.

Nothing on the frame at all.

Thanks so much, looks really incredible! Real glad I got it in this colour and not the glossy orange that I saw. The matte finish on this looks lethal, makes it look like some sorta stealth land battle ship

I agree, but its needs some protection on it cos it will show marks and scratches easily. To be honest it just looks like grey primer!

Looks fab mate would you mind posting a few more pics as I've got mine on order and can't seem to find any "real world" pics of it? The matte grey finish looks gorgeous. Should be getting mine by next week, can't wait.

Thought I’d gate crash your Allmtn 4 party! 800 miles on my clock from new and barely a scratch on the frame. Ridden in all conditions including rocky & stoney ground, no Invisiframe added

Fantastic thanks! Delivery can't come sooner!! Those matching pedals and grip looks great, nice splash of colour.

Haha thanks, but I’ve just changed the orange One Up pedals to some red DMR’s I had as I found the One Ups too large. That means I’m going to have to change the grips now too though! Yellow deathgrips next I reckon

Nope! Not yet and not looking likely anytime soon….
Spoke with Bike shop today and they’re suggesting September - waiting on shimano supplying crank arms apparently….
Your bike looks great - how have managed not to ride?
Its been hard, I had a little run round the block in the dry weather just to see how it performed, but I want that protection on it before I start using it properly.

You’ll have to advise on how the invisiframe fitment goes, whilst I’m sure I’m not alone in my curiosity!

I’ve just downsized my hard tail tyres as it’s looking like I’ll be on it for a while, now rides like an eeb….
Maxiss 2.3 SS on rear & 2.4 High roller up front
Fortunately I’ve a gravel bike too!
Very unsettled with my wait, keep thinking of pulling out, I’ll have to coin toss my decision
