Hello, I need a specialist supplier with knowledge to gear up my 2022 cube AT - I ran a 42t on my 2021 with a standard FSA boost spider but the clearance is less on the 22

Sorry got my wires crossed
I guess they have changed the frame design on the chainstay which has caused the clearance issue
I know a lot of bikes wont run more than a 34t due to this .
You can use a boost spider but you need also 2mm spacers to clear the swing arm this would put the sprocket 2mm off centre line - it is the optimal gearing especially if you use a speedbox, I think the clearance issue has been intentionally created to stop people going too fast ;)

Your probably right :)

Im not a fan of the spacer they put on the motor splines as it takes away drive area from the splines so it wouldnt be a solution for me at least .

Yep, we need a greater availability of or someone in the know re spider offset - I agree and i would never space the spider 👍
