Levo Gen 3 Gen 3 - Inconsistent power fluctuations

Riding along and come to an incline say I’m in Trail and the motor pulls as it should, then all of sudden the power decreases as if I turned it down to Eco. Sometimes I knock it down a couple of gears and the power comes back sometimes it doesn’t. Anyone experienced similar, thanks.

My Levo 2020 motor seems to be getting louder and louder. It seems worse once I've been riding for a while, seems quieter when cold. There is also an assistance pulsing behaviour, when the left leg is on the downstroke the motor gives a little more assistance for quarter of a crank...
