Fuel EXE v Whyte elyte 150 RSX? Completely different bikes?

Newbie here, and have trawled the forum for comments on the Whyte but can’t find much comment or review of it, but they are both now around the £5k figure and both seem to get completely different reviews due to the motor and cadence needed on the Bosch SX system.

Spec wise, the Whyte seems good and UK resilient. But discounted Treks do come with lots of bells and whistles.

Anyone compared both or have any feedback on the Whyte ?

lots of reviews of the E lyte on Youtube......you will not find a bad one.

I agree, all pretty good reviews, but all seem to caveat the opinion with the spinny nature of the motor and the freewheeling rattle. I know no system is perfect, but it’s the high cadence that seems to be an outlier in current motor technology. So I was after some real world feedback from someone who had one.

As an owner of a fuel exe you'll definitely need high cadence on the TQ motor too.

The Bosch is more powerful than the TQ. If you weigh over 85kgs +/- and ride decent hills then I'd go the Whyte
