Where ever
How frustrating can a grown man get. I’ll tell you. I live in Devon but work on campsites for the season. This year I am lucky to be in Snowdonia, well it would have been lucky if this virus had not turned up. I also decided with a big birthday happening this year I would have a new Ebike. So the search was on and after lots of research including a lot on here I decided on the Whyte E150 RS. Found one in a shop, rang up, put deposit on bike to secure it, only problem it’s 120 miles away from me. Not a problem, nice drive out, get the bike suspension all set up for me etc, drive back. Happy day’s. Not so easy, one big problem. Mr Drakeford who runs Wales does not have a life and does not understand that I want my bike. Wales are not allowed out to play like England. I put the deposit on the bike three weeks ago hoping things would change. All I can do is look at pics of my bike and dream of the day I can get my hands on it. Very frustrating.

Drakeford is a loon, he’ll bankrupt Wales.
That said, nobody should come between an man and his new E⚡
I live in North Wales , bought my new bike from RaceCo in Stourbridge.

I drove down and collected it.
2.5 hrs, never stopped anywhere.
They maintain 2mtr distance on the handover.

go and get your bike.

It’s getting close to that MitchF I must admit. Totally agree with your thoughts on Mr Drakeford, there is going to be a lot of business etc that will not recover from this.

When i come off a multi day ski traverse after eating dried veggies, oatmeal and cous cous for days. The first thing i do is b line for the pub for a frosty beverage and a big greazy burger with bacon and cheese. Its the best beer and burg you could ever have. That moment in time is amazing.soo good.
You picked one tasty bike. I hear nothing but good on whyte bikes. Its going to be that much better when you get a hold of it and that feeling will set the tone. Hopefully soon. The apres rip burg and beer is going to taste that much better too

Look on the bike as a reward for surviving the lockdown period.
As this is not yet over for you, you have not yet earned the bike!
As Dirtnvert above says, when you finally can go to get the bike it will feel so much more exiting/fun/rewarding/earned, because you have had to wait for it.
It's just like how you felt a few days before Christmas when you were 10 years old!

Always look on the bike side of life!
Hold through! look at as the light at the end of the tunnel. (not a train coming)! That would frustrate me too!

Hey Mitch...how's the Cube? had a chance of one the other day with a big discount but I ummed and arred and missed it. I used to be indecisive but now I'm not so sure!
Also, what was wrong with the Giant? You can be honest now you haven't got it!

Absolutely nothing wrong with Giant. Loved it , but I bought the Stance as my first E-bike. Limited travel and the basic motor and a 500 battery. never have me any trouble.

the 169 TM is a beast, powerful, 625 battery so loads of capacity for miles.
EMTB is excellent for climbing.
It handles well and down hill it just solid.
Can’t praise it enough
