Ah okay I thought i did write all that stuff and my message was longer
my ride is a rail 9.7 and I’m planning to upgrade components but having big problems with chain jumping the bike is only 3 months old and already changed cassette and chainring due to that and bang after 2 weeks it’s doing it again. Chainring and crank upgraded with hope.

By any chance does it have an e*thirteen chainring on a bosch motor?

I’ve been having problems with my 2022 Cube. The chain jumps off the chainring when in high gears.

I had a bosch chainring but upgraded to hope ecranks with chainring. Cranks due to being shorter it is way better for ground clearance and to be honest i was expecting more of a difference on but its literally the same.

Okay problem solved, trek fitted the new crank and chainring but didn’t tighten it up correctly, also i noticed they put back the chain that originally snapped but they charged me for a new chain. I’m starting to dislike trek customer service and I’m dealing with the uk main store. Anyway all nice and tight with new chain.
