Frame protection - mainly top tube?

I noticed on someone's bike on here a pretty cool looking top tube protector (black on a blue frame IIRC) - rather like a motorbike tank protector...

Anyone got any links or tips for this sort of thing?

It was all Helitape BITD but not wanting to go down the all over Invisiframe route what do people use now?

I still use Helicopter tape wherever I believe that the bike needs it. If I need extra protection, I prefer to put two layers on rather than buy the thick tape.

I use Bike Shield by Sportscover. Its clear and strong but invisible if applied well.
