Frame Problem

I saw this problem shortly after I bought the e-bike.
Currently 1 year has passed and it always seems the same to me.
Do you think it is serious? Do I have to activate the guarantee? Anyone have the same problem?

Yes it is a crack.
My shop says I don't have to worry. At that point the frame is thick.
But if I want, the shop opens the case in CUBE.
I don't know whether to activate the practice in CUBE or to wait until the end of the summer.
I would spend some time without an e-bike.

That’s cracked, get it warrantied. Yes it’s a pain to be without a bike. But it needs sorting! Currently if and when you decide to sell/upgrade no one is going to touch the bike and ‘the shop said it’s thick and not to worry’ wouldn’t wash!

You won’t be able to sell that bike if the buyer sees that crack. You bike shop should have warrantied it when they saw it. I would not wait as you will be doing a lot more riding in the spring and summer so you want your bike 100% for then. Go get the frame warrantied ASAP

The shop checked the crack on sight.
He told me that the frame is thick there and not to worry.
He told me to watch the crack and warn them if it gets worse.
I have decided to start the guarantee. Thank you!

The new frame has arrived in the shop!
Now they have to mount it.
Cube was honest and fast enough.
