FOX, Float X2 Performance Compression adjustment ?

Please be gentle I’m new to this ..
trying to set up the rear shock on my new bike never done it before so work in progress been watching loads of u tube so I’ve got a rough idea …( I hope )

in my ignorance how do I set the high speed compression? Every thing I watch says 6mm but that’s don’t fit … do the black rings have to come off ?

It is a 6mm for the HSC, and should just "fit" as is. I recommend starting an X2 with both HSC and LSC wide open (counter clockwise) or at most 1-2 clicks in, and go from there.

Thats what every right up I read says …. But I can’t get a Allen key to fit :confused: it’s also not written on the out side ? It’s got the 3mm written on it but not the 6mm …. I recon mines a duffer
