Hi!
Never cared much about Rockshox shock on my Rail. Yesterday one of the Trunnion mounts failed as well with half the bolt still stuck in the Shock. Said and done, new Fox X2 Factory 230x60 on order, but what else do I need?

Since the old is Trunnion style mounting I need a mounting kit:
OEM Upper Shock Axle + Nut
OEM Lower Shock Axle + Nut
What else, would assume bushings, spacers, etc, (part numbers for those)?

I’m sure we have many on here that has done similar conversions. I’d appreciate some help.

I’ll answer this myself. (2020 Rail)

Trek OEM upper axle and nut
Trek OEM lower axle and nut
Fox 54mm, mount hardware for a 10 mm axle
Fox 40mm, mount hardware for a 10 mm axle
AND!
Two new lower mount ball bearings. Old ones are dead.

No, so these are the ones I got:

54mm kit = 803-03-311
40mm kit = 803-03-329

The top Mount is 54mm, sorry for typing that out wrong. Got mine from bike-components.de.

I know TF-tuned in the UK also sells these parts if you talk to them.
