I've noticed this a few times. I move lever clockwise to soft setting and ride for a bit, lockout is firmly in 6 o'clock position.

Mentioned something to shop where I bought bike, was told "leg might be hitting it".....its not my leg.

Huh. I ride with mine open, and a couple times I've found it in the middle position. It's never been during a ride, and I've assumed it got moved as I've been wiping down the bike. I only ride with the shock in full open, so if it actually starts moving inadvertently, I might put a piece of rubber tubing over the lever, or perhaps a tie wrap.

Took it to shop. They 'adjusted set screw on indent'. Feels much more solid now, I'll try to get out on some hard trails soon to test.

(bought from good bike shop obviously, same day service for warranty work)
