Had the bike 2 years, Haibike Allmtn7 with Fox 38 Factory Kashima, air, 160mm Fork and Fox DPX2 Factory Kashima, air, 160mm shock and have never touched it apart from wash and lube with a silicon spray. Works perfectly. TBH I have only ever serviced a fork or shock when I have noticed a change in performance (4 in total over 16 years). The money saved in regular maintenance would buy you a brand new fork or shock outright whenever it was required.
