I got vid of the chute! I got loads of video but the bloody gopro was turning on and off randomly so some of the footage was useless...
not sure Sam will ever join... we will see..

also, would deffo need an avatar of him crashing, he must have come off at least half a dozen times yesterday

It’s a piece of piss now, years ago before it was heavily ridden the drop in was much more pronounced, there was also a steeper line to the left of it as you ride in. Even so first time down it now I suspect it’s great.

Yeah that’s the one, last time I rode it a few month back now the entry was so much easier. Which is a shame but just what happens to natural trails once people find out about them. It’s a bloody old trail that now.

Ceris1 We built it along long time ago , however being on the edge of nags head nature reserve was a bit unwelcome by some . Surprised it lasted as long as it done . Now ceris2 is a lot more interesting

Paul, ceris2 nearly killed me twice! Found it more savage than Rocknrolla or whatever you called it! By the way mate Jamie Whitmarsh and I are now on ebikes…he bought a Specialized and had his first ride out last weekend on it. Think Ard Rock was one of the final nails in the coffin for us. Hoping you arrange the usual Christmas group ‘mates race’ now lockdown is less of an option - Russ

Hi Russ , Go steady mate , long way down their . Yep ROCKnROLLA is less savage , planing a spur of that line soon . Jamie did message me on the gram informing me about the spesh . I’m sure your having fun .
About the Xmas ride still deciding whether to have one yet . 80 people year before last was way to many lol .

@fodmtb Congratulations! That vid is the first one I've seen for a long time where the trail actually looks really hard (not talking about hard core Red Bull stuff). That bit 53 seconds in looks super scary, no wonder you squeaked.
