Focus jam 2 charging problem

Hi can anyone help i have a focus jam 2 and when i plug the charger in the green light flashes stating its charging then after about 20 seconds i can hear a click from the charger then the light goes red to fault then flashes green to charge this goes on and on but the bike will never start up i have found that if i bounce the bike up and down the start up light on the bike tries to come on i have recently bought a new charger and the same thing is happening whilst charging

this is driving me round the bend!!!!

Has any one had a changing problem? I had it happen 3 times: On all 3 rides it was wet and muddy or a snow ride and the battery was used down below 25% . What happens is you plug the charger in and you hear the relay in the charger click, and then you hear it click again and it stopped charging...

Tip: Take the bike and charger into a warm area, at least 10degC. Let them warm up before trying again.

Tried that still flashes red cheers anyway
