Focus Battery Charger Issues.

Any thoughts on how to resolve charging issues? Getting little support from LBS or Derby.

I misspoke about amount of support from LBS and Derby. They are working on my problem. I meant to say I would like to hear the data/experience of people who are riding/servicing/charging the bikes. There's some sense of comfort knowing others are having similar issues
