Levo Gen 2 fitting a Zeb to 2020 levo

Has anyone fitted a zeb ultimate to their 2020 Levo, if so what size spacer did you use for the brake calliper as the 40mm one on the bike holds the pads too far up the main braking surface

Zeb has 200mm PM so if youre running 220mm rotor you should fit 20mm PM adapter, if you have 200mm rotor you should mount caliper directly (without adapter). Also with cps calipers (for example Guide RE) you should use cup washers between caliper and adapter/pm...

that's the problem I have I've re callipers but would I need 10 or 15mm spacer if I'm using cup washers

How big is your rotor?

Then your setup should look exacly like this (keep in mind the arrow should point in the direction of rotor rotation, also the bolts should be long enough that there is 9-13mm of the thread engagement into the fork):
