So my motor sounds rattly and like a ratchet has broken on a clutch engagement disengagement type part? Worse under high cadence low user input power

My 2021 Levo made that exact noise with about 3 months worth of riding. Like you I 1st thought it was the chain rubbing the guide. Took the guide out and same noise. Took it to the dealer, they diag. internal noise from motor. Ordered up a motor, gave bike back so I can keep riding. Motor came in pretty quick. Gave bike back to dealer and next day got the bike back with no more noise. New motor still going strong 1.5yrs later.
