I have on my ebike 2 Schwalbe Smart Sam 29 2,25 tyres. One from the front is a wobbly tyre, a deffect one from the factory i supposed so i'm thinking to change the Smart Sam wobbly tyre from the front with a Maxxis ikon 2.6 tyre which i already have it (my ebike has from the factory 2.6 Maxxis tyres). Or it's a mistake to have such difference on the tyres ? I usualy pedal just on the good roads and ocasionaly on the country offroads. What do you think ? It's ok to do the change ? I don't want to spend another money for a new tyre again. Please help with an advice. Thank you !

absolutely fine if your fork has clearance and you're happy with how it rides.
Not with as big a difference as 2.6-2.25 but I've run a slightly narrower tyre on the rear of plenty bikes on purpose.

Thank you for your reply !:) I think the same....the Maxxis 2.6 is to faty compared with Smart Sam 2.25 from the rear wheel. Do you sugest to buy another tyre for the front ? And what can i buy ? I need a good rolling tyre , a good puncture protection and to have some grip.Thank you in advance for your help !

Why not just buy another Smart Sam? They're cheap, fast rolling and must be tough enough for you if you're not puncturing the one you have on the rear

Because i read that have factory problems and they not have a good grip propper for the front wheel. Maybe Marathon plus ? It's not very cheap....Or maybe you have a sugestion.

Smart sam is a fast rolling off road tyre so has more grip off road than a marathon plus
Marathon plus is a commuter tyre so should roll slightly quicker on the road.
Neither are massively tough. But it doesn't sound like you need that. just keep them high enough pressure not to pinch flat.
You'd be fine with either. choose dependent on your intended use
