Extenders extenders extenders!

Please no more 700wh batterys. 500 is just fine, leave the rest for extenders. If now a 700wh is same size than old 500wh batterys, how small and low placed would be a 500wh battery with the new cells? How much easy is now fit and extender?

Future don’t belong to globalist, and so don’t belong to big batterys. I think sub 20kgs is easy to achieve with less batterys, a bit smaller less powerfull motors (not so like Fazua) and smaller batterys with decent range for better weight distribution. Plenty of room to better ebikes without get in any technical revolution.

What I'd like to see is choice. Mostly I'm really happy with 504wH. And I appreciate not having the extra kilo to carry around most of the time. But an option to a bigger battery for big days and smaller for quick sprints. Shimano do this externally but few do internally. Or something really small like the Fazua battery where a mid ride change is no big deal.
