It's OK, they're quite specialised so come with a 4 year warranty and a tribe of Fanbois to defend them when they do fail. ;)
Sorry, got distracted by Space X warming up a bit of ground for a few seconds ...

If you do run into trouble, I'm sure there's plenty of people who can either lend a hand with your semi or point a finger for your colon.

So is this it now .. Garage fit for the future ? How are you doing on motivation ?

Garagefit is working well. Motivation is no problem actually, I just need more weights but there's no 5, 10 or 15KG dumbbells in stock anywhere. I need to clear a bit more space and get a bench really, but there's not a lot of them about either.

My gym is only £18pm with a good range of kit and it's work-adjacent and quiet when I go so I'm looking forward to going back. I was doing at least 5 days a week when they were opened, I like to get my money's worth... :ROFLMAO:

That is quite a loft... could host a few British Airmen
Is it on top of your chateau?
I think there was some resistance history there. Found a rusty Sten gun and some other bits over time. The granite base of the bread oven had been removed at some point and a false floor put in, so I guess they used it to hide things in. There's quite a funny story about he bread oven where I blew myself up which I'll have to dig out from some old e-mail one day :)

That was one of the lofts (10m*25m) in Zimmer Chateau (also used to use it for indoor paintball in the rain :) ) .. what I thought would be my home for life .. Having made the mistake of making her 6 stables, the OH wanted more land for horses and buying land in France is not easy unless you're registered as a farmer. So it was sold :-( A new place was bought. Built new stables, sand school, cross country jumps and so on. That relationship is now no more and she's keeping that place as it was all built for her and her dreams so no use to me. I'm on re-boot ! Zimmer Re-loaded ? :ROFLMAO:

Sorry to hear ZF... looks awesome!
Anyway, I wish you well, solid re-boot, some firmware upgrade and possibly new wet-ware

Now I’ve answered do you want to tell me why you asked? Am I older or younger than you were expecting?

Doomanic, I am genuinely impressed! I am told that extreme sports are the new ‘midlife-crisis’ activities (sports cars are so 80’s) you are making it real.

I am 54 and I decided to get myself into shape again. I have been training now for a year, but at much lower intensity.
I think I need to dial it up a notch, or two

I don't know if you've seen this, but this me a few years ago and then last summer...

It's taken a lot of hard work and I don't intend letting it go to waste.

to refer to an indoor workout and an electric bicycle ride as an extreme sport you'd probably have to be having some sort of crisis right enough. ?

42.6 mile road bike sortie to Bourton on the Water today. Opening with a cat 4 climb is a bit of an eye opener!

A fairly flat 36.3 miles on the road bike today. A nice rest after yesterday's sufferfest.

Orangetheory Fitness works for me, a bit pricey, but last year before lockdown I lost just over 20 kilos. Put it all back on since of course.

Different slant on Push ups .. "bring sally up" ..

Don't know about everyone else but I get bored doing them so might give this a go. I came up with a really good variation on the Hundu Pushup years ago which destroyed you, but I can't for the life of me remember what I did ..

Not totally sure on his theory of stopping short, I guess because you're holding position this must make it harder as he says going low makes it easier - so that must relate to the hold as doing shorts like he's doing are normally wayyyy easier .

Interesting alternative to spice things up...
