Evening Everyone
I’m looking to buy my first bike. The three I’m looking at are the Levo Levo SL and Whyte RS160. I will be mainly riding on the road hopefully doing about 30-50 miles some times. Any ideas or suggestions on any other option?

I looked at a hardtail but what options are there? They all seem to have a lot smaller battery capacity.
One thing that I’ve since I joined this forum is how popular the Levo models are and the Specialised brand in general.

@simonk might be able to help you with some advice on two of them..
Good evening.
Yes, I’m fortunate enough to have both a Whyte e160 and a Levo SL. They’re both terrific bikes but quite different. I tend to ride the Whyte with my other ebike riding buddies and the SL when out with non ebike riders or solo.
Is there anything specific you’d like to know? Are you able to try both?

Good Evening
What is the difference in range between the two bikes?
I am mainly going to ride it on the road. Which is going to be better?
When you are looking to purchase these, what level of discount would you expect?

If it’s mainly road riding I’d pick the SL out of those two... it’s much easier to pedal unassisted. Range wise the SL is probably a better option too, particularly if you add in a range extender.
Discounts are hard to come by at the moment so I wouldn’t hold out for much.

Thank you for the information. The more I read the more I’m leaning towards the Levo SL.
