Levo Gen 3 Error code 16386

Does anyone know what this error code means I6386.
I cannot believe the amount of problems I'm having with this feckin bike. Yet another motor replacement, now the 3rd one, 2 within 2 weeks and now this one has thrown this code up, motor cut out completely. In mission control it said, "check the transmission for any blockages". There was nothing, no obstructions mud, dust, now't,.....WTF!!!

After reading the issues with Specialized eBikes here and at MTBR I'll never buy one. Seriously what's up with these issues? Ridiculous.

Couldn't agree more, I'm in discussion with the shop. It's time for money back I've had enough of it. I even bought another spare battery last week too so I could cover further distances.
I've totally lost confidence in it, I don't want left stranded miles from home on it. This is the 2nd motor within 2 week.
