Energypak Plus Problem - help

when my main battery (625W) reaches 90% usage my Energypak plus (240W) kicks in and then after finishing it, it will continue draining the last 10% of the main battery. It used to work well until my local bike shop replaced my ebike engine. Now when my main battery reaches 90% usage, the ride control turns off (it recognizes the Energypak plus because in my Garmin the % of battery changes when it is plugged). Then I turn on the ride control, and it continues turning off.

I don't have any problem during the first 90% of the main battery; after that 4-6 times the bike turns off.

do you know how to restart the energypak plus? Someone has experienced something like that after engine replacement?

Thanks in advance for your help or support.

I wonder if the bike needs a firmware update after the engine swap?
Exactly mate, my 2021 had to have the firmware update when I bought the RE so the batteries would “talk to each other “ as the dealer put it. Just not sure if this is required on 2022 models
