Probably depends on what you're riding? If your mile munching on gentle terrain then you're not going to want an enduro fork. If your hitting gnarly stuff, you might not want 32mm stanchions.
As far as I can tell, 'e optimised' anything is just a heavier, cheaper made version of the regular part sold at a premium to ebikers. Normal forks will be just fine.
I have a Mezzer Pro on my Rise. I'd have the same fork on any bike because it's awesome. If weight was my main focus, I might have gone for something lighter like the Mattoc.
