Any help with sizing am a 42" chest?

Just an update to this. I ordered the XXL based on the comments about ordering a size up for comfort. I'm 6'1" and a little under 93kg (204lbs or roughly 14.5st), 44.5" chest. Normally an L or XL depending on brand.

The XXL fits brilliantly, loose and roomy without being baggy. Really happy with it.
